The 21st will be a busy day for gamers as both NintendoBandai Namco and Nintendo are releasing new details on their highly anticipated upcoming projects. Nintendo is holding its Partner Showcase at 6 am PT, while Bandai Namco is finally revealing details about Elden Ring’s big DLC, Shadow of the Erdtree at 7 am PT. It’s going to be a very interesting morning.
Nintendo Direct, according to company officials, is 25 minutes in length and focuses on “Nintendo Switch games coming in the first half of 2024 from our publishing and development partners.” There’s a chance this might include Xbox’s Multiplatform Four, the games it recently announced would be coming to other consoles.
The Elden Ring Trailer will only be 3 minutes. However, given that Elden Ring players have waited some time for an update on Shadow of the Erdtree — the DLC was first teased one year ago — it’s no less important. From Software hasn’t revealed much so far about the DLC, except for a single artwork. This artwork did, however contain a hint that the players would finally meet Miquella – the brother of Malenia.
These aren’t the only gaming showcases this month, as The Pokemon Company is holding a Pokemon Presents stream on February 27. Nacon is also holding its Connect showcase on February 29, where it’s rumored it might show off its upcoming survival game set in the Terminator universe.
